Had a great experience with this blinds company, Faliq was a pleasure to work with—from the initial consultation to the full installation, everything was quick, professional, and seamless. They handled a large number of blinds in just one day, and the quality is excellent. Best of all, their pricing was surprisingly fair compared to other quotes I got. I’m absolutely obsessed with my roller shades from Blinds design. I was referred by some family and wasn’t sold until I actually saw the product. The owner himself came to my house and actually gave me a demo of what I would be receiving, and provided a sample book with so many different options. There’s so many beautiful colours to choose from, I was a little overwhelmed by the book so he left it with me for the weekend to let me decide. After picking the colour it took about two weeks for them to come and install them. I still can’t believe how beautiful they are. I get compliments on them every time somebody walks into my house . On top of the product being of such great quality, the experience was fantastic. The owner genuinely cares about how you feel about his service and what he’s providing. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and ensured that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making. He also recommended some great options that I wouldn’t have thought of myself in terms of cordless options and motorized options. Overall a five-star experience you won’t regret your decision if you go with blinds design.

I got all my blinds changed by blinds design. The service was amazing. All my questions were answered. And the gentleman who served me was absolutely fantastic. He also removed my old blinds and did a great job with that too. The blinds were a very decent price. I'm so happy with the new ones. Thank you Blinds Design!

Extremely professional and easy to work with. Answered literally every question - and I had a lot. Did not try to sell on anything we didn't want or need. Blinds look great, lots of options in terms of material, color, type, control mechanism. Install took less than 40 min ( for 4 windows). Smart hub needs a little trial and error to get working seamlessly, but the blinds themselves function great. We were told it would be 2-3 weeks from placing the order and it was exactly as expected.

Will update review in about 6 months time to see how they hold up, but for the customer service and for the pricing I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend Faliq!

Great and timely service. They sent a professional installer who installed all three in less than an hour. We got zebra blinds for three rooms to replace our old zebra blinds. Definitely an upgrade -they look durable and build quality is clearly better.
Price was competitive to your local hardware or window covering store.
