Our blinds typically arrive in approximately 2 weeks after placing your order.

Yes! We offer free professional installation to ensure a perfect fit and hassle-free experience.

Yes! We partner with builders and contractors to supply and install blinds for new residential projects. Contact us to discuss bulk pricing and collaboration opportunities.

Our blinds come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear or improper use is not covered.

We recommend light dusting and occasional spot cleaning with a damp cloth.

Since our blinds are custom-made to fit your windows, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it. We can also upgrade your existing blinds from manual to motorized, contact us for more details.

We service all of Ontario, primarily the GTA, Simcoe County, Essex County, and more. However, we are able to ship orders anywhere in North America and can assist in finding a local installation provider for your convenience.

We request a 50% deposit of the purchase price at the time of the purchase. After completion of services and installation, we take payment in full.
